"Faithful, Dedicated, Compassionate and Loving" are just a few words the New Beginnings congregation used to describe Pastor Chet in a poem they wrote last Pastor Appreciation Day. Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, he heard the voce of God calling him to ministry at a young age. As a teenager, he miraculously came to Pennsylvania to train for the ministry. This is where he met his wife, Sandy and they were married and have served God together as a team for over 42 years. They have served as Pastor in Centre County for over 36 years. New Beginnings is the result of a church plant that was established in 2004. Transforming Lives continue to be the focus of his ministry. There are many testimonies of God's transforming grace in our congregation. We invite you to come experience the love of this pastoral team as we celebrate what God is doing in Centre County.
